CANCELLATION POLICY

Anyone wishing to cancel his or her Coerver United Summer Day Camp registration should contact Coerver United at our support email, support@coerverunited.com

Summer Day Camp Cancellations

All refunds prior to June 1st, will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee.

All refunds after June 1st, will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee.

To avoid a cancelation fee, you may choose to full credit to your Coerver United account. If you choose to use a Coerver Credit, this registration will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Be advised that camps are held outside, and most are held on artificial turf fields. Summer weather conditions include high temperatures and heat indexes. In the event of adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to adjust camp hours due to player and staff safety concerns. Please consider the forecasted weather if your child has medical conditions that may be impacted. No refunds will be given due to the weather.

Residential Camps Cancellations

All refunds prior to June 1st, will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee.

All refunds after June 1st, will incur a $250.00 cancellation fee.

Coerver Center of Excellence Cancellations (Winter program)

All refunds prior to October 15th, will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee.

All refunds after October 15th, will incur a $250.00 cancellation fee.

Seasonal Programs (First Skills, Scoring Goals and Performance Academy)

All refunds will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee, if cancelled 14 days prior to the start of the program. All cancellations less than 14 days from the start of the program, will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee.

No refunds will be provided once a camp/class/program has started.

COVID-19 Camp Policy

Due to COVID-19, we will provide all our customers with a program-protection guarantee. Which means, if your camp is canceled due to COVID-19, the value of your camp will be credited to your Coerver Account to use toward a future Coerver United program (valid until 12/31/2022).
