Frequently Asked Questions

Coerver® United FAQ's

  • What is included in Summer Camps?

5 days of training with Coerver Coaching Methodology. Players will learn the successful methodology that has taught youth and professional players from around the world. We are the World’s No. 1 Soccer Skills Teaching Method. We have been doing this since 1984.

Summer Camp Campers will receive a Coerver Uniform Kit.

  • Who are the Coaches?

Our Coaches attend a 20+ hour training course in the Coerver Method. After attending our exclusive training program, they are partnered with a Senior Coerver staff member for another 20+ hours of curriculum specific training. Most of our coaches are former Coerver Kids who know first hand the benefits of the Coerver program.

  • What is the Coach:Player ratio?

Our goal is to provide a 1:12 coach to player ratio for each training group. This number is usually lower when you include all of our assistant coaches.

  • What is the uniform?

All Coerver Summer Camp participants will receive an exclusive Summer Camp Coerver Kit (Jersey-Short-Sock) which is included in their summer camp registration. Uniforms for Fall-Winter-Spring programs aren’t included in their tuition and will be an additional $20.00

  • How are players placed in groups during summer camps

Our placement system puts campers into groups with other players of similar ability, experience, and age levels.  The placement is designed to give each player their own best chance for success.

  • Can I reqeust my child be placed in a group with a friend or teammate(s)?

Our placement system groups players with other players of similar ability and experience. Some factors that go into placing your child into a group include: age and previous Coerver® Camp/Academy experience.

Coerver® programs include several activities to help kids get to know one another, and create a welcoming environment for them to build friendships. Because of our desire to advance every player, we cannot move players to different groups unless recommended by their coach.  In most cases, your child will probably be placed in the same session with their friends, unless there are significant differences in their ability levels.

  • Where do I find the cancellation/refund policy for the program I'm signed up for?

Please check out our Cancellation Policy Page

  • I missed a few days of my camp/program, can I get it prorated?

Unfortunately, we cannot prorate our programs.

  • The program I want to attend is sold out, is there anything I can do to get in?

If the camp you wish to attend is full, please register for the wait list. If a spot opens up we will notify you ASAP.

  • Can I switch my child from one camp registration to another camp during the summer?

Changes are dependent on availability. Some of our camps sell out quickly and may have a waiting list.  If there is space available, we will absolutely make the change for you!
